File Upload created as a .txt file instead of .csv

If your file uploads are normally created as comma separated values files (e.g. .csv extention), but a file created by a different user has a .txt value, check to make sure that user has full permissions to PositivePay.

Open the .txt file. If the file only contains the text "Bank Link Master not found, Make sure you have permissions to list and view Checking Accounts", give that user full permissions to all of the Positive Pay objects.

    If a user has full permissions and still receives a .txt file extension, check that the API key and CompanyID are valid.  Invalid API key/CompanyID will produce a .txt file.  Once both are valid, a .csv file upload will generate.
