What Concur permissions do I need to run ExpenseConnect?

  • For Concur Standard Edition:
    • The “Can Administrate” checkbox checked in your user account
    • The “Can Submit Expense Reports” checkbox checked in your user account
  • For Concur Professional / Premium / Enterprise Edition:
    • The “Web Services” role added to your user account
    • The “Expense User” checkbox checked in your user account
