Authentication failed error when closing the Web Services form

  1. Make sure GP Web Services is installed and running.
  2. Try navigating to the following page replacing “localhost” with the DNS of the server where GP web services are installed (IT support can help with this): http://localhost:48620/Dynamics/GPService
  3. Try using the IP address of the GP Web Services server instead of the server name in the Web Services form.
  4. Make sure the domain user from the form setup is a Super User in the Dynamics Security Console.
  5. If Web Services are installed somewhere other than the default, open the Brittenford.AppSettings.config file in the GP folder and try modifying the GPEndpointUri value.
