A batch starts Processing but never finishes

  1. Check the Windows event log for a failed dll reference
  2. Make sure eConnect and WS services running (or just eConnect if only using that)
    • Restart all services
  3. Make sure the Brittenford dlls exist in the correct place (GP folder)
    • Reinstall the application
  4. Make sure the dll is not in the dynamics.exe.config file.

    Can also occur if ExpenseConnect and InvoiceConnect are both installed but there is a version mismatch between the two programs.
