Mapping steps freeze then timeout. eConnect cannot find the SQL Server

This could mean that eConnect cannot, for whatever reason, use the database connection from ODBC. 

 

Solution:

Manually set the value of the SQL Server name in the DatabaseServname key in Brittenford.AppSettings.config. As always, restart GP afterwards.
