Things to check:

1. Make sure the client is not using a custom .SET file. Most clients use DYNAMICS.SET, but some use their own custom ones. If ExpenseConnect is not a part of the set file, this error will happen. If need be, manually add it to the set file.

2. Check the BEC and BIC lines in the Windows section of the DYNAMICS.SET file

If the reports and forms dictionary are set to a different location than the main dictionary, try changing it to the same location.

For Example, change:

:C:Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Dynamics/GP2013/BEC7506.DIC
//s3908cawv/DynamicsGP/REPORTS/BEC7506F.DIC
//s3908cawv/DynamicsGP/REPORTS/BEC7506R.DIC

to:

:C:Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Dynamics/GP2013/BEC7506.DIC
:C:Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Dynamics/GP2013/BEC7506F.DIC
:C:Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Dynamics/GP2013/BEC7506R.DIC
