403 error when attempting to create Concur token or pull reports

  1. Check the Concur Service Status to see if there is a performance issue or outage. If so, retry creating the token or pulling reports when the issue is resolved. http://open.concur.com/#us
  2. If using an implementation version of Concur, edit the Key and Secret fields in the Site Overrides section of the Product Subscription record.
  3. Make sure the InvoiceConnect application is enabled in the Web Services section of Concur.
  4. If using Concur Standard, make sure that 'Is Invoice Admin?', 'Is Invoice AP User?', 'Is Invoice Owner?', and 'Is Invoice Approver?' is selected in the user account that was used to create the token. If so, take these steps:
    • Find and open their user account
    • Unselect 'Is Invoice Admin?', 'Is Invoice AP User?', 'Is Invoice Owner?', and 'Is Invoice Approver?'
    • Save
    • Reopen their user account and select 'Is Invoice Admin?', 'Is Invoice AP User?', 'Is Invoice Owner?', and 'Is Invoice Approver?'
    • Save
    • Log out of Concur and log back in as that user
  5. If using Concur Professional, make sure the user has the Web Services role, the Invoice Vendor Manager role, and the Invoice User role.
  6. Reattempt to create the token or pull the requests
