How to pull in reports that are missing in a batch.

If you are missing a report that is not showing up on a recent batch it could be because the report is dated before a successful batch.  Please use the screenshot below as a reference.

Say you wanted to bring in a report that was processed on 05/05/2018.  This report will not integrate because of the successful batches (tessst, Batch) that came in on 5/7.

you will need to select all those successful batches in April(1), Choose the Mass Update on the More Actions drop-down (2).

 

It will then direct you to a page with a drop down asking batch successful?  Choose uncheck and save.

  

Run another batch and it should pull in the desired reports.
