Cash Management Integration: Same Charge Card ID among different entities

You can encounter an issue when trying to set up a charge card in different entities, particularity with the same ID.  This can cause complexity in the field mappings when attempting to integrate with a different ID in multiple entities.  

To keep the ID same across the entities, simply click 'edit' on that charge card ID to re-configure.

1. Check 'disable inter-entity' and 2. make sure nothing is chosen for the default location and save.
