Vendor Sync Error: update failed: Unexpected error.Please contact Developer Support

1. In Concur, navigate to Invoice -> Vendor Manager -> Import vendors

2. Check the first line in the Vendor Import History. If it has the status of 'Running' after receiving this error, it means you have a stuck Concur job. 

3. Contact productsupport@wipfli.com so our team can open a case with Concur.
